It’ll be superstar Akshay Kumar who will be  Rajinkanth’s nemesis in the sequel to Robot.

There were rumours that Hrithik Roshan or Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger would be signed to play the negative role in Robot 2, but it has now been confirmed that it’ll be none other than Akshay Kumar who will play the negative lead.

Akshay’s presence will significantly increase the reach of Robot 2 all over India. His role will be as big as Rajinikanth’s in the sequel to the super successful Enthiran.

The biggest superstar from the south will take on one of the most popular stars from the Hindi film industry. Can’t get bigger, can it?

Check out the short teaser and logo reveal video of Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s upcoming film ‘Mirzya’, starring debutant Harshvardhan Kapoor and Saiyami Kher. The film is scheduled to release in theatres in May next year.

Mirzya is a contemporary love story set in Rajasthan and the ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’ director will be directing his first love story.

“The director has gone to great lengths to bring on board the best team to be a part of the making of the film. He has even tightened security on the sets to ensure that nothing gets out. So far he has been successful in keeping the entire shoot under wraps” a source close to the film said.
